At Finch’s Stone & Marble Ltd, we work with leading quartz, porcelain and engineered stone manufacturers, many of whom offer extended manufacturer warranties for worktops installed in homes across Wigan, Lancashire, Manchester and the wider North West.

Use the sections below to find the correct warranty registration link, warranty terms, care guidance and supplier contact details for your material. Some warranties must be registered online within a set period, while others are automatic and require you to keep your Finch’s invoice as proof of purchase.

Please always read the warranty terms for the specific brand installed, as cover varies by manufacturer and usually relates to the slab material only.

Register Early

Some manufacturers require online registration within a set time after purchase or installation. Please complete any required registration as soon as possible.

Keep Your Invoice

Your Finch’s Stone & Marble Ltd invoice is normally required as proof of purchase if a future manufacturer warranty claim is made.

Read the Terms

Each brand has different warranty terms. Most manufacturer warranties relate to the slab material only and exclude misuse, damage, fitting and consequential costs.

Important Warranty Guidance

Quartz, porcelain and natural stone products are durable, but they are not indestructible. Please always follow the manufacturer care guidance for your material. Granite is a natural product and does not normally have an extended manufacturer warranty in the same way as quartz or porcelain, although your normal consumer rights still apply.
