What May Be Covered by the Quartzforms Warranty?
The warranty is intended to protect against qualifying manufacturing defects in the Quartzforms product for a period of twenty-five years
from the date of installation, subject to the full warranty terms and conditions.
If Quartzforms, or its authorised warranty service agent, establishes that a defect in the material exists within the warranty period,
Quartzforms may repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion.
- The issue must relate to a qualifying manufacturing defect in the Quartzforms product itself.
- The worktop must have been used and maintained correctly in line with Quartzforms care and maintenance guidance.
- The product must have been permanently installed in an interior setting.
- The product must not have been moved from its original place of installation.
- The product and materials must have been paid for in full.

Material Characteristics, Colour and Appearance
Quartz surfaces can include colour tone, pattern movement, particles, veining and other visual characteristics that form part of the material’s appearance.
The Quartzforms warranty excludes issues or occurrences that are inherent characteristics of the Quartzforms product, even if they are viewed as a defect by the purchaser.
Samples, photographs and website images should therefore be treated as a guide. Natural-looking variation, movement and appearance differences are not
normally treated as warranty faults unless Quartzforms accepts that a qualifying manufacturing defect exists.
Heat, Chemicals and Incorrect Use
The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accidents, excessive heat or misuse. This can include scratches, stains, chips, cracks,
hot pan damage, thermal shock, impact damage or damage caused by unsuitable use of the worktop.
The warranty also excludes damage caused by chemical agents and products where a fabricator has applied or altered a surface finish in any way.
To protect your Quartzforms worktop, always use chopping boards, trivets or heat pads, clean spills promptly and follow the latest Quartzforms care and maintenance guidance.
