Quick COMPAC Quartz Warranty Guide
33 Year Warranty
COMPAC Quartz worktops have a 33 year manufacturer warranty extension, subject to COMPAC's warranty terms and conditions.
Registration Required
The extended warranty must be registered with COMPAC within the required time period. Please keep your Finch's Stone & Marble Ltd invoice as proof of purchase.
Private Home Worktops
The warranty applies to COMPAC Quartz surfaces installed as countertops in private homes, not commercial use, floors, pavements or outdoor areas.
Material Warranty Only
The warranty is mainly limited to the COMPAC Quartz board or boards used to make the countertop and does not normally cover associated labour or refitting costs.
Important Warranty Note
COMPAC Quartz is a durable worktop material, but it is not indestructible. The manufacturer warranty is mainly intended to cover qualifying manufacturing defects in the quartz material itself. Damage caused by heat, impact, incorrect cleaning, misuse, structural movement, poor support, incorrect installation or changes made after installation is not normally treated as a material defect.
Register Your COMPAC Quartz Warranty
COMPAC Warranty Registration
COMPAC Quartz extended warranties are registered through COMPAC's own warranty registration process. There is no Finch's form to complete on this page. Please use the official COMPAC warranty registration link below once your COMPAC Quartz worktops have been installed.
COMPAC's warranty information says registration should be completed within the first 3 months after purchase, or within 18 months in the case of a new house. The registration process may require pre-registration through the fabricator, elaborator, kitchen shop or purchasing establishment before the final customer receives confirmation from COMPAC.
Before You Register
Keep your Finch's Stone & Marble Ltd invoice or sales receipt safe, as COMPAC may require the original invoice when a warranty is registered or if a claim is made. Please also make sure the colour name, contact details and installation details are entered correctly.
