Limited Lifetime Warranty
Caesarstone indoor quartz surfaces are covered by a residential limited lifetime warranty, subject to Caesarstone’s official warranty terms and exclusions.
Residential Customers Only
This guide is for private residential Caesarstone quartz worktops only. Commercial use, rental properties, offices and other business settings are excluded.
Indoor Quartz Surfaces
The warranty applies to Caesarstone quartz surfaces permanently installed indoors as a countertop or backsplash and not moved from their original installation.
Register Online
Caesarstone warranties should be registered online. You will normally need your personal details, installation date and details of where the worktops were purchased.
Important Warranty Note
Caesarstone quartz is a strong and durable worktop material, but the warranty is designed to cover qualifying manufacturing defects in the Caesarstone quartz surface. It does not cover damage caused by heat, impact, scratching, misuse, incorrect cleaning products, poor support, structural movement, installation issues or normal everyday marks and variation.

Hot Pans, Scratches & Everyday Use
Caesarstone quartz is highly scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Always use chopping boards, trivets and hot pads. Hot pans, dishes or heated objects should not be placed directly onto the worktop, as thermal shock and heat damage are not normally treated as product defects.
Recommended Care & Maintenance
Everyday Care
- Clean regularly with a soft cloth and suitable quartz-safe cleaning products.
- Wipe up spills as soon as possible, especially strong coloured or acidic substances.
- Use a chopping board rather than cutting directly on the quartz surface.
- Use trivets or hot pads for hot pans, trays, dishes and heated appliances.
- Follow Caesarstone’s official care and maintenance guidance for your surface finish.
What to Avoid
- Do not use natural stone sealers, toners, topical coatings or unapproved chemicals.
- Do not use harsh abrasives, scouring pads or corrosive cleaning products.
- Do not stand, sit or lean heavily on worktops, especially near cut-outs or overhangs.
- Do not expose indoor Caesarstone quartz worktops to outdoor weather or strong UV conditions.
- Do not place hot cookware directly on the worktop surface.
