Quick Unistone Warranty Guide
Warranty registration
No online registration form is needed. The Unistone 25 year warranty is automatic, provided the warranty terms and conditions are met.
Proof of purchase
Keep your Finch’s invoice. This is the proof of purchase you will need if a warranty claim is made.
What the warranty relates to
The warranty relates to the slab material supplied by Brachot, not the complete fitted worktop installation.
Possible remedy
Under the warranty terms, the supplier may replace the slab material where a valid material defect is accepted.
Extra costs
Removal, refitting, fabrication, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, appliances and consequential costs are not normally covered.

Important: This Is a Slab Material Warranty
The Unistone warranty applies to qualifying defects in the slab material supplied by Brachot. It does not automatically cover the cost of removing,
remaking or reinstalling a finished worktop, and it does not cover associated trades or consequential costs.
What May Be Covered by the Unistone Warranty?
The warranty is intended to protect against qualifying faults or defects in the slab material, subject to normal use, correct maintenance and the full warranty terms.
If a valid claim is accepted, the warranty remedy is normally limited to replacement slab material with similar characteristics, such as colour and thickness.
If the original slab is no longer available, the replacement may be the closest similar material available at the time.
- A qualifying fault must relate to the Unistone slab material itself.
- The worktop must have been used and maintained correctly.
- The product must have been paid for in full.
- Evidence such as invoice, photographs and details of the issue may be required.
What Is Not Covered?
Usually Required
- Keep your Finch’s invoice as proof of purchase
- Use the worktop for its intended indoor purpose
- Clean and maintain the surface correctly
- Use heat protection under hot pans and trays
- Report possible defects promptly
- Provide clear photographs and supporting information
- Allow the supplier to assess the issue properly
Normally Excluded
- Damage from incorrect use or poor maintenance
- Damage from hot pans, flames or thermal shock
- Bleach, acids or high-pH chemical damage
- Damage from third-party work or unauthorised repairs
- Fabrication, removal, refitting or installation costs
- Plumbing, appliance, electrical or tiling costs
- Natural variation between samples, photos and slabs
- Outdoor weather exposure or UV-related damage
Sample, Colour and Vein Variation
Quartz surfaces can vary from small samples and photographs. Colour tone, veining, pattern movement, mineral concentrations and other natural-looking features
may differ from the display sample or image used when choosing the material.
These differences are normally part of the material’s appearance and are not usually treated as a warranty fault.
For this reason, samples and website images should be viewed as a guide rather than an exact guarantee of the finished slab.
Heat, Chemicals and Incorrect Use
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use. This can include direct contact with flames, hot cooking pots,
thermal shock, bleaching agents, acids, inappropriate chemical products, excessive force, or cleaners with a pH value higher than 11.
To protect your Unistone quartz worktop, always use trivets or heat pads, avoid harsh chemicals, clean spills promptly and follow the correct care and maintenance advice.
Making a Unistone Warranty Claim
If you believe your Unistone quartz worktop may have a material fault, gather your proof of purchase and clear photographs before making an enquiry.
Brachot’s warranty terms refer to supporting information such as the purchase invoice, proof of payment, evidence of the defect and details of the processing or treatment the slab has undergone.
- Find your Finch’s Stone & Marble Ltd invoice.
- Take clear photographs of the full worktop and close-up images of the issue.
- Write down when the issue appeared and how the worktop has been cleaned and used.
- Contact Finch’s Stone & Marble Ltd if we supplied your worktop, or contact Brachot UK for warranty information.
- Do not carry out repair or treatment work without written approval, as this may affect the warranty.
