Adam fitted my quartz worktops yesterday and I must say how professional he is took his time jointing is perfect looks like just a full piece also fitted a lovely table top to complement the kitchen cleaned them before he left and asked me if I was satisfied he was also here on time like he said he would be so if your having quartz this guy is the one to ask for ....perfect

We went to finchs based on a few personal recommendations, this is often what we rely on, gosh are we happy we did. From the very start we found Graham and Ben to be super honest, when they looked at our kitchen plan they explained the difference in stock v none stock items when it came to costing for slabs etc. At no point were our options and choices restricted but we were able to make informed decisions. We had to move our dates, again no issue for the team at Finches. It was Adam booked to do our template and the fit he was also extremely helpful when it came to some of the finer decisions re corner shapes etc. we went for worktops, splash backs window chill and returns and the finish was excellent. I honestly would have no hesitation in recommending these at all. Yes they are a small family business but that was better for me as it felt like we meant something to them and their response to any questions we had felt personal and were timely too. Would happily use again although love my kitchen so not in a rush to change it. Thanks to all at team Finchs

FS and M replaced 4 tops with quartz, replaced a sink, tap and a hob. Job was completed in one day and all old fittings were taken away. From our first meeting with Graham and Ben we were impressed by the professional and helpful approach. Everything went to plan, well priced, all timescales were met and we're delighted.

We are delighted with our new quartz worktops. The service from start to finish was excellent. Ben looked after us really well. We had to change our dates a couple of times and Ben was really helpful with this. The final price was really good and the finish is just beautiful. Being quite local we decided to call at Finch’s stone and marble to look at the quartz work tops. I had been a little hesitant after looking at the website as I thought it might have been out of our league. A shop that posh rich folk go to! They probably do because they had some amazing products, hundreds of samples of different quartz, granite, porcelains etc but the sales man Graham was so welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. We made two visits in total and even got to look at the full slab before committing. The fitter Adam did a great job. We really couldn’t be happy and we now recommend them to everyone. Thank you Finch team. Graham Ben and Adam and the young lad in the yard that showed us around.

We have recently had a granite Uffizzi worktop installed in our kitchen and we are delighted with the results. From the initial visit and consultation with Finch’s to the fitting and installation, everything has been 10/10 in communication, product and finish. I would highly recommend using Finch's Granite. The service was faultless from quoting to fitting. Ben gave me a quote within 15 minutes of me contacting them late on a Friday afternoon. The template was done the following week and fitting less than a week later. All were very friendly and helpful. They've all done a fantastic job, I can't praise them enough. From planning, design to fitting, this company have been excellent. Very careful attention to detail, they take time and care when planning and fitting and are super reliable. Excellent service by Finch’s Stone and Marble! Where do I begin, customer service was excellent from start to finish, constant contact following an enquiry which made me feel really valued, I was constantly kept within the loop regarding the process, very efficient in organising for fitters to attend my home address to fit and measure up what was required, and the quality and finish of the work is second to none! 1000% would recommend these if you are looking for an upgrade in your kitchen, very good quality products for a very affordable price!!

We used Finchs for our fireplace hearth using an offcut out of the yard which was exactly what we was looking for. I didn’t have high hopes as a few other places we went to didn’t have the colour we wanted but at finches really went above and beyond to find the perfect piece for me (at an amazing price). Staff were so lovely and friendly, couldn't recommend any more!

We were blown away by the level of service from Finch’s Stone and Marble. We have been struggling to find a worktop for our kitchen but Graham was very helpful in the showroom showing us samples and providing recommendations for the style of our kitchen. We took away samples and by the end of the day, chosen our worktop. Finch’s sorted the fitting of the worktops which was done to a high and professional standard. The team are also great at communicating which is massive help to sorting jobs out. Ben was on hand to help provide customer service and was always professional and fast in responding. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough for the quality and level of service. Easiest 5 star review ever.

Having used Finch's at our previous home so knowing the standard and quality of their work we went straight back to them for our counter tops in our current home. The staff, fitters, showroom, advice, workmanship and price cannot be faulted. Our kitchen looks absolutely incredible. Fabulous company! The little business unit is really unassuming from the outside but an absolute Aladdin’s Cave of choice and Ben and Graham are really knowledgeable, personable, supportive and patient. Needed a worktop ASAP as I got let down by a another worktop company. Spoken to Ben on the Wednesday, measured on the Friday and the week after was fitted. Very fast response and the fitter did a amazing job. Really happy with the service ☺️

We recently had a quartz worktop from Finch’s I must say the whole experience from picking it to the installation was so easy and a first class service . We must have been to the showroom 3 or 4 times changed our minds until we went for the one we wanted nothing phased them. I can’t recommend this company enough from Graham to Ben then the fitter Adam Thanks a lot guys.

SO glad we went with Finch's over a laminate or acrylic worktop.
We dealt with Ben from visiting the showroom to the worktop being installed and I couldn't have hoped for a more patient person to liase with.
As a company, they are incredibly busy and that is testament to the product and service they provide.
After visiting the showroom and speaking to Ben, I had a better understanding of what we required for our home. I won't lie, we were at the tail end of a full house renovation and we were concerned about costings - Ben put me completely at ease, was fully understanding, and gave me varying options to suit our budget which completely took away the temptation to go for a 'cheaper' option such as acrylic, and I am so glad we did.
After selecting a few different options Ben came back to us really quickly with quotes and advice. We selected our preferred option and he immediately provided us with dates for templating and fitting. Brendan came out to template the worktop and was a godsend with advice on sink/taps/upstands/windowsills. Then the fitters attended the property and were equally as friendly and helpful with care instructions etc.
All in all, we have been entirely satisfied with Finch's and all the people who work for them. Ben was keen to keep communication flowing throughout without being at all pushy.
I would 100% recommend to anybody considering a high quality finish for their kitchen and I'm so glad we went with Finch's. The worktop is probably my favourite purchase in the whole house and I'm so glad we used them!

Just had new kitchen worktops fitted by Finches. We can’t praise them enough for their helpfulness and their attention to detail in every aspect of the job from start to finish was absolutely second to none. When selecting the worktops they had by far the biggest and best range in the North West as their website says. Graham, Mick & Ben were so helpful in suggesting and selecting various options and Brian & Simon fitting the worktops did an excellent job. We are so pleased with the end result.

We used Finch Granite in our old house 1st when we modernised our kitchen. They were great from design to installation

Amazing customer service from start to finish . Kitchen worktops taken out and put back with my new sink and cooker all in the same day . Very clean , respectful guys to do this job . Two teams turned up , one to take away and dismantle and the others to fit . Just perfect . Nothing has been too much trouble . Couldn’t have asked for anything better . What a fantastic service from start to finish and a great price. Ben Finch was so helpful when I attended their lovely showroom and gave sound advice to help me choose the worktop. We even went to the workshop to see the full sheets and met the guys who cut the quartz who were also lovely and that was great to see how they do it.
Adam came out to do the template and was really patient in guiding me with fine decisions about the angles of corners and splashback to get the exact final finish you want.
Then the Oasis worktop was fitted. Wow we absolutely love it! It really sets our new kitchen off as a centrepiece especially with the sparkle. The cuts and joins are perfect and you seriously can’t fault it. Well done and many thanks Finches team.

We chose quartzite natural stone. Very hard to cut, apparently. Somehow they managed to get the veining to match on the worktop angles. Excellent service with the personal touch, thanks to Ben and Graham Finch. Adam the fitter too. What a team!

Everyone at Finches were amazing, they took the time to go through the options and there was no pressure selling. My quartz is beautiful, I'm so happy with it. Finch's Stone & Marble Ltd recently completed my kitchen and utility and I am so happy with the final result. I went for IQ Quartz, Grey Mirror 20mm with double pencil edging (single pencil around the sink) and drainer grooves in both the kitchen and utility. You can see from the photos that the joins are barely visible (good match colour wise and accurate templating). There were some issues experienced where spec wasn't correct and Finch's were very quick to come out and resolve these issues and really cared about their end product. I would not hesitate to recommend Finch's to friends and family. Thank you!

Top quality service and products. Our kitchen fitting got delayed a few times which meant we had to push back on the worktops. This wasn’t a problem for these guys and were really patient with us. Finch's came highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Not only were they friendly and professional, but the workmanship and fitting is of the high quality. The process was easy and seamless throughout, with Finch's communication being great leaving me knowing exactly what's going on and when, and the end result is just fantastic!!! Everyone who has seen them have commented how amazing they look, with a couple taking Finch's details to consider for their renovation and my electrician commenting saying "these days it's rare to see such a good finish with tight and neat joints fitting so snug like these. These are really impressive".

From start to finish this family firm have provided the best of service and workmanship. I was given advice on how to select from their competitively priced product range. I was able to see all the worktop design features in their showroom and got tips about types of sink, taps and accessories. They responded quickly with quotes and to any queries or amendments which I requested. Once dates were agreed the scribing and fitting process went to time and without a hitch. The installers worked collaboratively with my builder to ensure a perfect finish. I wholeheartedly recommend this Company to anyone who values a good job well done.

Such an amazing service and business to deal with. From initial contact Finch stood out miles above other companies, we had been let down by another company so went to Finch with a specific stone that we knew that we wanted, they was able to match our quote and deliver 3 weeks earlier than other companies. Not only that, the service was outstanding, communication on email is super responsive, installers call you when on way, arrive when they say they will, keep you informed of all options but also what there recommendation would be. Finch’s are probably the most well known (and oldest) Granite and Quartz Company in the Northwest. Whenever i speak to their customers, there is never a negative word said. Their attention to detail, and customer service is second to none! Having recommended them to friends and family over a course of 15 years, i have never once regretted it. Graham, Norman, and now Ben, have always been absolutely fantastic in dealing with them all. From selecting materials, to explaining the process from start to finish. They are most definitely worth a visit if you are looking to replace your worktops.

Im not normally one to gush or leave many reviews, however in this instance this is so well deserved! From start to finish Finch's have been fantastic! From the huge offer of choice available in the showrooms, to the help, advice and support throughout my selection, to delivery, fitting and payments, this company is by far one of the best I have come across. Nothing is too much bother, always have time to help, and I did make a few changes over the period of final fit, and nothing was too much bother. The quality of product and finish is stunning. EXCELLENT FIRM TO DEAL WITH. I wanted to replace an old granite worktop, replace sink and hob so contacted Finch's. I explained what I wanted and they were very helpful and supplied several samples of quartz. I asked them to organise removal of old worktops and fit new and also plumb in new sink and connect hob. They quoted and arranged all this. They were very efficient and the fitting team, headed by Adam, we're EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this firm.

Great service quality and workmanship from Finch's. They did everything we asked of them and communication from Graham and Norman was first class. On the day the fitters and installers were extremely efficient and everything was clean and tidy when they finished. We are pleased with our new worktops and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We have just had our quartz work tops fitted including a waterfall island. We are still in the midst of the kitchen fit so I have minimised the rest of the kitchen but wanted to share how amazing the waterfall is. The attention to detail is amazing. We recently had our new kitchen installed and chose Finch’s Stone and Marble to do the worktops. From start to finish they couldn’t do enough to help. They were friendly and helpful and gave us great advice. We changed the design a couple of times and they were extremely accommodating. If you are looking for excellent quality and amazing customer service then look no further. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Thank you to the whole team!!! From picking the Quartz surfaces with Norman, which I would never thought would match my existing units, to the Plumber, Richard and Fitters Robert and Adam, everything ran smoothly. My kitchen looks like a brand new kitchen I absolutely love it!!!

5 star plus : ) Amazing service from Finch's. All the guys were amazing from the workshop guys to the fitters. Colin (fitter) did an amazing fit for us and there were challenges they had to face but wasnt a problem due to their experience. I recommend to anyone looking for a quality service. Truly stunning work.

Fantastic and excellent would be the first words to describe the service from Finch's, from the fist meeting in the showroom with Norman to the fitting by Robert and co-fitter, the service and information given by both of them on various types and surface of worktops as to how each of them performed allowed myself and wife to choose the one for our needs and kitchen. All completed now and it looks superb, it is after many years the kitchen my wife has always wanted and a large part of that is down to the people mentioned. Would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact save time don't shop around just go there first.

We were worried about going direct to have the kitchen counter replaced rather than a kitchen shop. But we cannot recommend Finch's enough. From selecting the counter top, looking at the slabs in the yard, through to measurements and final installation. It was all seamless and the result fantastic and of course there was a decent financial saving by cutting out the middleman.

Finch's were brilliant to deal with, from the minute we walked in the showroom, to the final fitting. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy and at no point did we feel pressured to spend more money or buy certain products. They advised how to keep the price down by making the most from one slab of stone and even went above and beyond finishing off a section under a window ledge, with what was left. Would thoroughly recommend.

From the outset we had great customer service from Graham and Norman. They were patient and helpful when it came to choosing our new Silestone worktops. The plumber Richard and fitters Adam & Rob also did a fantastic job when it came to removing the old worktops and fitting the new ones. So meticulous ensuring no damage existing kitchen. Absolutely top quality all round, we are so impressed with the end result we're now having our utility room done too!!! Highly recommend!

I first approached Graham and Norman in January 2019 - looking for inspiration for our new kitchen worktops. I found their approach to be very relaxed and each time I visited the showroom I became more confident that they would be the right people to do business with. There is no "hard sell" and they make every effort to keep the prices sensible. In the end we bought the complete set of quartz worktops including the island and also a matching hob background. The installation was performed exactly as specified. The job was completed in March 2019 and I am still 100% satisfied that we made the correct choice.
